Yoga has helped her manage symptoms and be more mindful of thoughts, emotions and feelings towards food. Ever since finding the right yoga studio, she has been hooked and has felt better knowing there is something to help manage symptoms besides just medicine. That is when Brittany decided to go through a yoga teacher training knowing she was ready to share it with the world.
